Hey im looking for an experienced person who can do me a website template. I have a few images and color schemes I would like to have implemented on it, and would like it if possible to have a news system which reads posts from a vbulletin forum so people can comment on articles and news. the layout in mind for example is something like www.mugglenet.com, yes its harry potter website. if possible i would like the images like mugglenet though but to be simply swf files which have a simple glimer or sparkle affect to add that etc piece of magic
