Well m stuck up with the clock

well i know the coding for the clock but m lost cos i dunno how to embed in the movie…so the clock n the movie runs parallely together…as clock has the script GoToAndPlay (1)…this script takes the movie to play frame 1 but i want my movie to run from frame 3…and so on…but my clock shud run parallely…pls help me…tanvi
