I am revamping my site right now and stumbled across this picture courtesy of Nick-Lachey.net. I was wondering what kind of effect this would be. I thought it would have been from old paper or something. I don’t know. If someone could help me figure out the effect and/or let me know if there may be a tutorial or something, that will be appreciated.
