Am I just going blind, or did the ban hammer disappear? Maybe it’s the forum style I’m using, but I know I saw it somewhere there at least a month ago…

Also, while I’m posting here anyway (or should I start a new thread?) the forums mostly run REALLY well, but I have been getting these “freezes” where the forum is completely inaccessible for a good 10 minutes or more. Tabs can sit and load that entire time. Am I the only one experiencing this? Does being in Europe make a difference?
