I’ve noticed some Flash shooter games use the keyboard for movement and the mouse to control the crosshair for aiming. I think this is really cool, but what about the old-school way of aiming like in Contra/Super Metroid where you can aim in 7-8 directions? Do people still dig that or is that just ancient history? What do you guys think?
