I sold mine. I had no use for it after I purchased my PS2 (before Xbox).

Oh man I forgot kotor2!! Im not fan of RPGs but that game was great! and waiting for jade empire too 
berkoWitZ, I was starting to think I was the only one who wanted Jade Empire. This game is going to be AMAZING! I didn’t like KOTOR, in fact I hated what i played of it ( only a few hours) so when I first heard they were doing another game I wasn’t excited. Then I got some videos and read that it’s all going to be realtime combat with all these fighting styles. It was right about then my pants got moist and it jumped to my #2 most wanted game.

We played the n64 mario kart this morning and I cant believe we still r having fun with that 8 years old game 
Ok, Mario Kart was slammed in the press for bringing nothing new to the table. It received low scores because it was basically a re-hash of the ones before it. With that said, anyone that I know that has played it and was a fan of the originals loved it.
If he is just going to get it for that game alone, I wouldn’t reccomend it as you are having a ton of fun with your 64 version. If he was going to pick up Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, Eternal Darkness, Mario Sunshine and a few others along the way I would say do your self a favour and get one NOW! :thumb: They are so cheap now it’s a shame not to have one. And it seems you guys like mulit-player games, if so, do yourself a favour and get Mario Party… I have never had so much fun playing with others as I did with that game 
well, he wants it, but I also would like to play resident evil 4 and the next zelda, my brother has some old games he never sold too: metroid prime and animal crossing :z:
Then if mario kart is like the same old games I think I`ll tell him to get it. too fun!

Ahh yes good ol’ MarioKart. Gotta love those red shells. What is/was your (or anybody’s) favorite track?
My favorite in the original would have to be any of the multiplayer tracks. I had way too much fun with that game.
As for the N64 version, prolly Toads Turn Pike or the multi-leveled mulitplayer track with all the ramps and bridges.
Mario Kart was my #1 favorite game growing up The sequal was pretty sweet but didnt capture the feel of the original Maro Kart. Probably because I was younger, but hey it was cool
