depends on your OS
but basically it goes under your profile’s Application Data folder in Macromedia/Flash Player in a folder with the name of the host that set it, for example
Macromedia/Flash Player/macromedia.com
For local use, it goes in /localhost
for a ful path, under XP, my Flash Player folder is:
C:\Documents and Settings\senocular\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\
