Where is the global actionscript folder?

Im following a tweening tutorial on gotoandlearn.com using caurina’s tween AS.

I downloaded the necessary AS, then he says “Put that in your global actionscript folder”

I have no clue where it is. The code starts:

import.cuarina.transitions,*;

and when I test my movie I get “not found” errors.

I am on a mac
