Which Audio Format: MP3 or WMA or AAC

Hey everyone,
I have about 60 or so CDs that I am planning on transferring to my computer. My question is, which audio format is better (quality/size-wise) for ripping from a CD?

I have been using WMA for the past few years, and I have had no problems at all. Besides being unable to use my files in iTunes (BAH! - why Apple? Why not support WMA??), I don’t seem to have too many problems with it. I don’t have nor plan on using a portable MP3 player either.

Yet, a lot of people I know still use MP3 or the newer format such as .AAC. Is there any benefit to using the non-WMA formats?

Thanks!
