Why can kirupaville do this?

i just thought it would be cool, only if the creators WANTED to, create the inside of buildings. and when you click on them you can see the inside. lol, what would even be cooler is the attached, (no boundries). I talked to kirupa but it is way to complicated. but still fun to think about.
