Just confused with this

in 1024.768 it works perfiect but in 1280 . 1024 it ie getting stretched and everything is messed up. I hav given the movie height and width to 100%.
Now the next issues is
http://cms.sjmfx.com/cw/weathercw_5days_expanded.html
this looks strectched in IE but in Firefox its not even displayed 50% of the screen.
I just wonder how its all happening
Can any one help me?
