Wierd Problem

I’ve been working on flash for a while now. Yet all of a sudden every single new document I make has the same problem. The thing is that I try to draw things and they show up in green and only their border is drawn. Yet when I view it as an swf everything’s ok. Can anyone please tell me how to disable this retarded option?
