A while ago I had some one help me here and since then I have been trying to learn flash but I just can’t seem to get ahold of it.
What was done: Someone had made a flash banner for me that had the percent preloader and the snow effect 2.0 or 3.0 (can’t remember which) but instead of snow I was able to make an image take the place of the white dot. Well my computer had to be re-formatted after a server crash and all the files I had on here where not able to be saved. That was a month ago and since then I have tried and tried to remake it but cant get it to work right. I know I use the codes the exact way it said to but it always says that a script is causing this file to run slow (something along that line).
If anyone who is good at flash could you please possibly help me?

I need it to be size: 796x196 (w/h)
Background color: #660000
Once the banner is made (if it is) I can swap the image that falls and edit the colors of the loadbar.\
