Will this be possible with action script?

Can any one give me some clues abt doing the following with action script:

Flash Part:

I will put a flash listbox in my page

HTML Part:

I will put a HTML textbox and submit button on my page.

When I enter a value in the HTML textbox and click on the submit button, the value should be added to the flash listbox…

Will this be possible?
