I’m running Win2k Pro. I’ve been having a problem lately with program startups. Some programs such as Outlook Express and MSN Messenger has like a 1-2min delay of start sometimes. I’ve ran Spybot and AVG and found nothing. I run defrag and scandisk as much as possible.

Any ideas?
