Hi everyone,
I have designed a flash catalogue for brake parts in the UK, www.brakeparts.co.uk and have not recieved any complaints before now. In the past few weeks I have recieved two complaints from people unable to properly use the catalogue.
One customer will see the flash preloader and will freeze at 30%, the other’s simply won’t call up the new window in which the flash file is displayed. Both are using Windows XP. Has anyone encountered errors regarding Win XP users and flash before now?
