Window Popup

I’ve tried the FlashMX tutorial for the window popup, and it did not work. I have also been searching the web for two days off-and-on and i still have found no successful script. Can someone please help me with a functioning script? It doesnt matter if its centered or anything, but i prefer it not to be centered.
