I have a jpeg picture, and I want to convert it and shrink it from a .jpeg to a .gif image so I can make it a emoticon. The problem is when I shrink it, it turns all grainy and its color is all out of wack. If I posted the image, could someone shrink it for me in a way that it keeps it correct look? Or is this not even possible?
