I am trying to help a woman whose Wordpress developer completed the initial design for her custom theme, but has told her he does not want to complete the project.
I attempted to help her, but as this would literally be my first foray into Wordpress, trying to work on an existing theme that has already been uploaded to a hosting environment has proved to be problematic.
There are short term and long term needs for this project.
The lady is an English speaking Russian immigrant and will probably need some phone interaction in addition to email, but other than that your location is not important.
