I am currently using Scotty’s Resizing gallery and I was wondering if anybody could assist me in making it so that I would only have to load the gallery movie once and it would switch galleries depending on which button was pressed. If I am not mistaken, I remember that one of the versions of the gallery that was available here featured this but I don’t think it would work the way that I need it to work.
The thing is that I have a main movie load the gallery movie. Now depending on which button that is clicked, the gallery movie is loaded with a certain xml file. How can the gallery movie know which xml to use, being that the button release which would in theory determine its xml occured before it was loaded. Heh, sort of confusing maybe?
I guess what I mean is, how can I make the button relay/tell the gallery movie which xml to use being that button is clicked before the gallery movie is loaded.
