WOW, so my phone was acting up. I had the HTC 6800 (Pocket Pc). I’ve had the phone for like 4 or 5 months. I got tired of it being buggy and slow, so i called sprint and told them about my troubles, thinking maybe they would offer me $50 off a new phone or something. No, they didnt do that, but instead sent me the HTC Touch (much more powerful and less buggy), a $500 phone, next day air mail, free of charge.
now thats what i call customer service!
(it’s a amazing little gadget bttw, i just activated it, its sooooo fast and cool!)
