XML - Image (Hopefully Simple) Problem

Hi

I am a newcomer to using Flash with XML, and I am working on a simple application that will require a logo in the top-corner of the flash file to be changed per client.
The reason I need XML to pull this in is because when I send this application off to my client, they do not have access to flash, but can easily change the relevant line in the XML.

Simply put - I can load text into flash using Kirupas tutorial - but I cannot find anywhere that tells me how to simple place an image in (without putting it in a slideshow, gallery etc).

I have tried to impliment the same method as I used for importing text with no luck. If anyone could give any advice, or have a look in the fla file and is able to help I would greatly appreciate it

After another handful of hours work on this I am no closer to figuring this out - can anyone help with this please?
