i’m making my company’s website look a little snazzier, so i figure i’d use some flash. you can see it at http://www.mvhic.org/ . It’s nothing amazing; i’m not expecting to get any ooohs and ahhhs. however, what i am expecting is a cross-browser solution for my latest woe.
I’ve created an XML menu quite similar to the one on kirupa. I made a few modifications. The most major modification was employing a timer. I made each menu element create a timer onMouseOut and disappear 5 seconds after you take your mouse off of it.
Everything looks and works great on IE. However, on Firefox i’m having trouble achieving the same functionality. any ideas for why this could happen?
