Xml news scrollbar problem

I’ve tried to add a scrollbar to this news component, but it does not work… Could anyone tell me why? The scrollbar is located in the textBlock_mc. It won’t scroll any text after you click a link, and just doesn’t work right at all. Thanks for your help!
