Is there any way to create XML files offline without using a server language like php?
Are there any Xtras or extensions that flash can use to create xml files? or just create files for example.
I know that when MM updated flash to 7.2 they included this JSFL stuff that they say allows to create files, can that be used?
Or are there any other cheap or free programs that can be used to create new xml documents in a GUI way, not text based?
