Hi guys, I have a couple of things that I need help with. I’ve been browsing the tutorials and the forums and I think this is an absolutely fantastic resource and community.
I will try to explain what it is I need help with the best I can. Using a combination of different tutorials here I had the idea to come up with a navigation that is mixed in with a photo gallery. First off I should ask if this tutorial/technique will work in FLash 8: Photo Gallery Using XML and Flash
Second is if that particular technique can load SWFs instead of images.
This is because I want to be able to have buttons issue an onRollover gotoandplay a frame in the SWF that gets loaded. Why you ask? In each image SWF I would like to put a guassian blur animation of that particular image. So users can click Next image and Prev image but when they rollover the buttons on the navigation it will play the guassian blur animation in that particular SWF that is loaded.
I am not completely new to AS, but I am not fluent with it either so I might need a bit of coaching.
I’ve attached what I am working with, I haven’t attempted the Photo Gallery yet because i need to know about those two things I mentioned first.
