Xml to show mulitple images at once

I am trying to create a flash file that will pull a given set of images names form an xml file. The flash file will use the image names to fill in 30 spots (positions) setup. Basically trying to build a tournament tree and have the xml file supply the team names which will be the same as an image name. The xml file will hopefully allow the user to modify the xml in order to change the tournament tree results. I hope this makes sense. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
