Spent all night on this and most of yesterday afternoon as well working out how best to use the new file control features using the new version of the flash player (version 8). I can now upload files with a browse dialog box directly from flash without any nasty html popup windows over the top of my flash interface.
Anyway here is look at my flash bulletin board with its new feature added.
