Hey guys, just reading some tuts on Kirupa, and since I’m just getting into OOP right now, I would like some of your opinions on classes. Why use them? What differentiates them and Objects?
Reading the ADT tut by Kirupa, I can see some “merit” in using them, however, being the newbie programmer I always am, I can simply define a “function” on the main timeline for the node and edge classes. What’s the difference between this (function) and that (ADT)? Anyway, I’m sure that I’ll raise some :tired:s and :pa:s. But I simply want to get some of your opinions on the use of classes, the pros, the cons, etc.
