am gonna try to explain this the best as possible.
Am trying to create an effect where I got an image and then I want to able to create a zoom effect on a certain area of that image so the user can then see a more detail pic.
Sorry I did say its hard to explain. If anyone has ever played Burnout 3 on the PS2, when you select an event it zooms in on the map.
