100% flash movie in browser but i want scrollbars

for example www.hm.com

go to the main page and when you resize the browser to a smaller size it will stop centering and the browser will allow you to scrolldown…is this done in css?

im not sure what is causing it to behave this way. is it the min-height and min-width attributes?
