First off I would like to say sorry for posting all of these questions but I have my first major job and I am still really new to PS. (Just dont tell anyone

My first questions is, is there an easy way to put Illustrator layers, or objects into flash. Do you have to export it as a GIF first? I made a layout of my site completely in Illustrator and I want to export some of the objects into Flash without having to covert the whole thing into a GIF
My second question is, is there an easy way to make a triangle in Illustrator? I know this sounds really dumb but Just by rotating lines makes the triangel look crummy. Thanks for your patience.
