2003 Design Conferences

Hey my employer wants to send me to 2 conferences this year (actually a requirement) I need to go to a Flash Conference and a Design Conference.

What are the 2 best conferences out there (in the U.S.) I think I’m going to go to DevCon for Flash and a Thunder Lizard one for design. Anyone know of any better ones?

Siggraph is all 3d animation… although cool I don’t think it would be that useful. (I’m a Computer Animation graduate…)

flashforward might be cool…
