How do I create the bars loading like that? I meant not the preoloader, but just when it’s loaded, the bars come up really cool. And how do you make such a shape like those tool bars on the top?

BTW, how to create a PRELOADER with just simply a % and a progress bar on it?

I’m new to Flash, please teach me.
