When i’m making a flash animation, how can i make a load bar, lik i’ve seen on most flash animations?

How’d ya do that drag thing over your signature, that is seriously cool?
actually there’s on ly a movieclip that’ll play the circle-animation when you rollover it! And It’s been copied all over the place!
