I’m trying to make the jump from years in html to xhtml 
Yes I’ve Googled the daylights out of the subject, but a few things are still elusive, so a few questions for anyone actively doing xhtml sites…
File extensions… what is the proper file extension when you’re using XHTML? Are you using .xhtml? If so, does that mean the root page of a site is index.xhtml?
The content type should be: application/xhtml+xml …right??
Is anyone doing xhtml pages, but serving them w .html/.htm extensions?
