[font=Times New Roman][size=3]I am Nishanthe Hewawitharana from an Island called Sri Lanka. It was considered as a paradise of the Earth because of the Triple “S” naming Sun, Sea and Sand, until 26\12\2004. On That unfortunate day this Paradise Island was hit with Tsunami (Giant Killer Sea waves). The sea came about 2-5Km into the Land and sucked all the lives, properties and everything in the area back to sea. More than 30,000 lives (approx 0.2% of the total population) have confirmed lost already and bodies are still recovering, and the figures are still rising. And most of the infrastructures in the area are destructed. More than 3 million people (20% of the population) have lost their homes and currently in refugee camps. Those people needs foods, medicine, cloths and most importantly drinking water (Since all the water sources are contaminated with salt water).[/size][/font]

[font=Times New Roman][size=3]I have helped the people at Kirupa Forum who sought help with my knowledge and shared my knowledge so far. And in the same way I thought to help my country as I can. And this is one of the ways I am going to do helping my country.[/size][/font]

In the mean time there are people who lost every belongings, beloveds. They are looking towards their uncertain future.
