hello everyone 
i’m noob here, and i’m also noob at flash AS, actually i’ve been playing around with flash since 2006, and i dont understand the basic of AS, i only understand very few stuff about AS
and now i got a problem that my brain cant help
i dont know the “basic”, thats why i never found the answer
there, i attach example file i’m working on
why does it going up??
it’s a button with mc inside mc with a tween class action in the mc
i want to make a button that
-have loop movement when enter frame
-goes up/down a bit, and pop out small baloon caption, while mouse roll over on it
-goes back up/down to it’s original position, when mouse roll out off it
-and i want to give it an access to go to and play/stop to another frame/scene
too bad… my brain stuck 
is there any solution (alternative way or a link) that solve my problems?
and i’m only using Flash
