Hey gang,
It’s been a while since I’ve come here, mainly since everything’s going smooth with my Flash work (except until very recently) and I’m not much of a forum person.
Lately I realized that while making my Flash movies and games I didn’t have a solid source for sound files to be used. I know that there are tons of websites with sound effects ready for download (Altavista really helped me find them), but I think that we need an organized, public archive for all the sound files you could ever need.
So I started up a website under a free hosting account, and I need you guys to help. All I need is for you guys to search your computer for sound files that could be useful while making movies. I took the liberty of adding every Counter-Strike sound file I could find to get it started, but before I even share the URL with you guys, I need to know if you’re willing to help.
All I’m asking for is your sound files with a simple description of what it is. I’ll do the rest. You guys wanna help?
