The scroll bars on my site are acting really weird.
You can’t drag the bar at all and when you click the arrows it moves down one line and then jumps back up.
Also when you click on the bottom of the scroll track it goes to that position and then jumps back up.
They worked fine before in a different site but in th swf files to be imported into my base file they behave like this.
I got the scrollbar from a scroll bar tutorial.
What did I do and how can I fix it.:h: :q:

Please help me out here. This is really pissing me off something serious.
Ihave discovered that this problem only occurs when I have a preloader in the file. I need the preloader though so can anyone tell me how to get around this.
