Aagggghh! Help Please!

how do what 2advanced does a lot? They have the main page with buttons! The buttons load swf’s into the main page area, and those swf’s have buttons that load THEIR own stuff. Do they load swf’s or is it all in one swf? Need answers here please! Getting soooooooooooooooooooooooooo CONFUSED!!! :h: :*(
