About Video conferencing

I just want to know if it is possible to make a video conferencing using flash? by using a webcam? because I just want to know it if it is possible as to compared in yahoo webcam.

yes, you have to use flashCom… and you need a good server methinks

do u think I can use a .NET platform(VS.NET w/ ASP.NET app) w/ its db backend is ms sql server 2000 aside from java/php-mysql-postgre-apache server i think in order to work with my server?
