sorry for being a newb, but I am a student taking multimedia design this semester and I am having some trouble with one of my assignments.
I have to build a website for a client and one of the things that they want is a scroll bar on the home page with “news” I made the scrollbar in action script 2.0 (using a kirupa tutorial) , created a movie clip and imported it into my actionscript 3.0 website.
(I was told by my instructor that this would work?) anyway, the video will not work properly.
I have to lock the mask and content layer for it to function, but I cannot create a movie clip with it locked and when I unlock it and put it in the website you can see all the parts that should be hidden.
