ActionScript Cuepoints and time

I have some cue points that are loaded dynamically from an XML document into the page, and used as actionscript cue points. Below is my XML:

**XML: **

       <cuepoints>
            <one name="bullet1"   time="3.500" type="actionscript" said="Konnektivität"></one>
            <two name="bullet2"   time="6.500" type="actionscript" said="Internet"></two>
            <three name="bullet3" time="7.500" type="actionscript" said="Bilder und Video"></three>
            <four name="bullet4"  time="9.000" type="actionscript" said="Gaming"></four>
            <five name="bullet5"  time="10.000" type="actionscript" said="Akkulaufzeit"></five>
        </cuepoints>

**Issue:
**Everything seems to load in fine, but when I put in 10.000 seconds for the last cue-point it screws up everything and all the cue-points before it are negated and all trigger at once when it hits that 10.000 mark. If I put in 9.999 seconds it works fine, it just crossing that 2 digit threshold. Is there specific time format for these, and does anyone know why this is happening?

Update:
When I hardcode the 10.000 seconds into the code, everything works fine. Any ideas?
i.e. bullet5.time = 10.000
