i’ve been using Flash5 and MX for about two years now but cannot figure out how this very cool “wave-like” effect was made…any suggestions would be great.
I’ve seen many tutorials on “ripples” to make a ripple effect like ripples in the water, but i was not sure if this is the same type of effect.
The sight I am referring to is one of Kirupa’s SOTW, www.sixtailer.com. any ideas or comments to get me on the right path would be very helpful!!
