That is the main place where you can ban users, rename users (with their request), etc. This is primarily geared towards lunatic and syko, but it’s a reminder for those of you are still using the modcp hehe.
Also, at the very bottom of the forum is the Forbidden forum: http://www.kirupa.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=31 It’s basically a private forum where troublesome threads can be moved to. Also, now, you can both see deleted posts/threads.
