http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/192340 <-- backgrounds in this animation are awesome. Does anyone knows how to create such backgrounds? I mean multicolored, remain it’s toony look, not TOO photorealistic and yet still natural?
I was thinking on starting using Photoshop and export JPG’s as background, but what do you suggest? Make them in Flash or use some other application for that?
