I’ve been working with PHP/MySQL for about a year and a half now. I know HTML/CSS really well, I can navigate through JavaScript pretty easily. I want to get a job as a Jr. Developer but I don’t know how well you are expected to know PHP when getting your first entry level job doing it. I have written a lot of small business type apps with database and search, and I’m currently teaching myself Zend.
As far as writing something like Zend though or creating complex classes; I know I can’t do that yet.
In your opinions, what are a checklist of things I should know before I try to put myself out there on the job market as a Jr. PHP developer?
