I am trying to get pointed in the right direction for help on creating a flash file, which will mimic some of the sites I have seen, where the flash animations have a moving crosshair, which follows the cursor, and allows a user to select something underneath the cursor. I am also trying to find out how to create flash animations which have those vertical or horizontal “scan lines” which keep moving up and down, or to the left and right continuously, like were on the old James Bond site. Also, not to add more than need be, but an effect like the www.whatisthematrix.com site, which has the numbers / letters falling down the screen and fading.
Sorry, I can’t be more specific about the first few examples, but I am sure that some of you will know EXACTLY what I am talking about.
