For those who have skinned or know how to skin is there like an easy way to do it? Man this is outrageously confusing. Is there like a guide or a site. The manual does not really cover it.
I am asking here because vbulletin has indeed blocked a large block of ips and mine falls in there. So till they get that fixed vb.com and vb.org is off limits to me 
So any help greatly appreciated.
